1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ihomepuppies.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. About iHome Puppies

iHome Puppies is a puppy sales and placement service based in Lake Elsinore, California. We connect families with healthy, well-cared-for puppies from responsible breeders in Southern California.

3. Purchases and Payments

• All purchases are subject to availability.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• A non-refundable holding deposit is required to reserve a puppy. The deposit compensates Seller for removing the puppy from the available market during the reservation period.
• Buyer has ten (10) calendar days from deposit payment to complete the remaining balance and arrange pickup. Failure to do so without a confirmed written extension constitutes automatic forfeiture of the deposit.

4. No-Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, Buyer expressly waives any right to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with any financial institution or payment processor. Any legitimate dispute shall be resolved exclusively through direct negotiation with iHome Puppies prior to involving any third party.

5. All Sales Final

All sales are final upon physical delivery or confirmed transfer of the puppy to Buyer. Puppies are accepted based on Buyer's own in-person inspection or live video viewing conducted prior to purchase.

6. Health Guarantee

In compliance with California Civil Code §1834.5, if a licensed veterinarian certifies in writing — within 72 hours of the puppy's physical delivery, at Buyer's own expense — that the puppy suffers from a life-threatening congenital or hereditary condition that was pre-existing at the time of sale, Seller may, at Seller's sole discretion, offer a replacement puppy of comparable value or a partial credit toward a future purchase. No cash refunds shall be issued under any circumstances. The cost of such veterinary examination is solely the responsibility of the Buyer and is non-reimbursable.

This guarantee expressly excludes: illness resulting from environmental changes, stress, parvovirus, parasites, kennel cough, or any condition arising after delivery; behavioral issues; cosmetic characteristics; and any condition that arises or is diagnosed more than 72 hours post-delivery.

7. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from iHome Puppies including order confirmations, appointment reminders, and support messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

8. Appointments and Services

• Professional health service packages must be scheduled within 10 days of purchase.
• Appointments are subject to availability.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

9. Transportation & Risk of Loss

If Buyer elects to use a third-party pet transportation service, risk of loss passes entirely to Buyer at the moment the puppy is handed over to the transport provider. iHome Puppies bears no responsibility for any harm, delay, or adverse outcome during or after transit.

10. Limitation of Liability

iHome Puppies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products and services, except as required by California law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
